Please send a mail to sales@gocpq.com with required no. of licenses, app(s) name & payment mode preference. We have following payment options – Paypal [with 4% additional transaction charges, Global], ACH[Within US] & Bank Wire Transfer  [for Outside US, with USD 15 processing fee]. Credit Card payments can be processed using Paypal only.

Your subscription will be activated once the payment is received. You will receive email notification once the subscription is activated. 

No. Subscription is required only for Production Orgs. On Sandboxes, there is unlimited trial period.

Yes. We provide full featured 15 days trial period for Production org and unlimited trial for Sandbox. Please visit AppExchange to install the trial. 

  • Additional licenses can be purchased anytime during the subscription It will be prorated based on the subscription period.
  • Licenses can only be reduced only during the next renewal cycle.
  • Once subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled and we have a ‘no refund’ policy. Rest assured, the subscription does not auto renew

No. We do not store the payment information. You will receive renewal invoice 60 days prior to renewal date giving ample of time to make any changes and process the payment.
