Please email sales@gocpq.com with the required number of licenses and the app you’re interested in.

We offer the following payment options: Credit Card, ACH, Zelle, and Bank Wire Transfer. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal and may incur additional fees. For US-based customers, we recommend ACH or Zelle for faster, fee-free transactions.

Your subscription will be activated once the payment is received. You will receive email notification once the subscription is activated. 

No. Subscription is required only for Production Orgs. On Sandboxes, there is unlimited trial period.

Yes. We provide full featured 15 days trial period for Production org and unlimited trial for Sandbox. Please visit AppExchange to install the trial. 

  • You can add additional licenses at any time during your subscription on a prorated basis. 
  • License reductions can only be made during the next renewal cycle. 
  • Once activated, subscriptions are non-cancellable and subject to a no-refund policy.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. A renewal invoice will be sent 60 days before the expiration date. Please ensure timely payment to avoid license expiration. If payment has been made but licenses remain inactive, email accounts@gocpq.com with your Company Name and Salesforce Org ID.

No. We do not store the payment information. You will receive renewal invoice 60 days prior to renewal date giving ample of time to make any changes and process the payment.
